Editorial Policy

Runwaymonths publishes factual reference material and reporting on venture capital activity in Asia. Its subject is strictly defined as the company and the round: which company raised funding, from which investors, and at what stage. This encompasses sections such as Funding, Ecosystems, and Investors. It does not publish content on betting, personal private lives, or any form of health, legal or financial advice presented as instruction. All claims and figures must be substantiated by primary sources; invented quotes or statistics are prohibited.

The site maintains a clear separation between reference pages and reporting. Reference pages, such as those for a Company or an Investor, are living documents that aggregate verified factual data over time. They are updated as new information becomes available but do not contain narrative opinion. Reporting, found in sections like News or Analysis, provides context and narrative on specific events or trends, always sourced and distinct from the permanent reference material.

When a claim cannot be independently verified, it will not be published as fact. Runwaymonths will either omit the unverified information or, where relevant to a narrative, clearly state that the claim could not be confirmed. The priority is the accuracy and reliability of the core data on funding rounds.

All images are subject to the same factual standards. Runwaymonths uses real photographs with appropriate credits where these exist. It will never publish a software-generated image depicting a real person's face, as this does not constitute a factual record. Other graphics, such as charts, are generated from the site's own verified data.

Readers who wish to suggest a correction, provide a verifiable update, or raise a concern about editorial content are invited to contact the publication. Correspondence should be directed to the editorial team via the contact address published on the runwaymonths website.
