Fintech startup Moneyview has fixed a price band of Rs 32 to Rs 34 per share for its initial public offering. The IPO will open for subscription on September 24 and close on September 28, with a targeted listing date of October 1 on the BSE and NSE.

At the upper end of the band, the company is eyeing a valuation of approximately Rs 5,985 crore, or $624 million. This valuation is notably lower than the over $1 billion valuation it achieved in 2024 when it became a unicorn. The total issue size is around Rs 1,092 crore.

IPO Structure and Selling Shareholders

The offer comprises a fresh issue of shares worth up to Rs 750 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 10.05 crore equity shares. The fresh issue size was halved from the Rs 1,500 crore proposed in the draft papers, and the OFS was reduced from 13.6 crore shares.

Cofounders Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal plan to sell up to 1.35 crore shares each, worth Rs 46.06 crore apiece at the upper price band. Other investors participating in the OFS include Tiger Global’s Internet Fund III, Accel India IV, Accel Growth IV, Crimson Winter, Ribbit Capital, NLI Strategic Venture Investment, TI JPNIN India Holdco, and DI Investment. Anchor investors can bid on September 23.

Use of Proceeds and Business Overview

Moneyview plans to use Rs 325 crore from the fresh issue proceeds to support loan disbursals under default loss guarantee arrangements. Another Rs 250 crore will be infused into its non-banking financial company (NBFC) subsidiary, Whizdm Finance, to augment its capital base. The remainder is earmarked for general corporate purposes.

Founded in 2014 by IIT Delhi graduates Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal, Moneyview operates a digital financial services platform targeting "Middle India." Its offerings include personal loans, payments, investments, and insurance. Personal loans are its flagship product. As of June 30, 2026, the platform reported 140.28 million registered users and 48 financial partners, with a managed assets under management (AUM) of Rs 22,520 crore.
